I canceled my DirecTV Satellite through Customer Service but no notification, email, nothing.
I canceled my DirecTV Satellite and they don't Pro-Rate anymore. So it is suppose to end at midnight on my ending bill cycle. I haven't gotten any email or notification or reassurance of it ending. I don't trust them, even though I talked to a Customer Service Agent and know the date. I hate that they keep us in limbo. I will have to return my equipment (they don't tell you which ones) within about 22 days. No Instructions on return except to take it to UPS or FedEx. Horrible communications. Anyone know how this goes. Do I get an email or something??

Yes, you should receive an email prompting you to return your equipment (or some of that if models you own are obsolete). You would then take the receivers, power cord for each one, and remotes. Bring it to the UPS Store or FedEx for the free return, and ensure you keep the shipping receipt given to you by the clerk as that is your proof of return.
If you never receive an email, you may need to call again and say “cancel” to the robot to speak to the retention/loyalty department about the status of your cancellation.
