I am soooo fed up with Accout issues with ATT Direct TV and now Gemini

I have been a Direct TV satellite customer for 15 yrs, wanted to switch to Gemini streaming but COULD NOT with the same email. INSANE! So I used My wifes email and we get the Gemini, BUT, she has ATT phone tied to that email and we now cannot access or create an account for the Gemini.

This is freaking ATT/Directv and they cant figure this out??

Then go to customer service... ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. You wonder how these people stay in business. So still locked out of our accounts and no one knows what to do.. They are really bad!!

AT&T sold off 30% of DTV and the new partners have moved everything back to them.  Just to make sure,  You got a Gemini sat mini client to stream other apps without changing the TV input, or you want DTV via the internet AKA DTV streaming service?
