How to file a complaint?
Hello,
I was supposed to receive a $200.00 gift card for making the switch. It never came in the mail and no email came regarding it.
So I started calling Directv and this is what happened. I got the run around being told to call reward and rewards said to call DIRECTV. This continued for months with no resolution. Finally, they stalled long enough that I no longer qualified for the reward.
I've been SCAMMED.
This is how Direct treat senior citizens all Direct says is "we are sorry" No they are not sorry.
I'm very disappointed and have no confidence in this company at all.
