How to file a complaint with the corporate office

I can not get a supervisor to return my call on a billing question. Is there a corporate number or email address for me to try?

Those numbers or emails are not publicly available you have to call in and get who you get, its against forum TOS to provide any company email or phone number other than an 800 number (i say try because if someone does post one its immediately deleted)

Nope, the only way is to keep calling the 1 800 531 5000 number DTV no longer has email support. Filing a BBB or FCC complaint has worked for some.

I have spent over 28 hours of my time, missing work and time with my son, to try and get two different issues taken care of and never has happened.

Who can I send a dispute letter to in corporate? I was given an email byone of the reps consumer.appeals@att.com. But, of course, it came back as no longer a valid email.

I have printed off the Notice of dispute form and it has a snail mail address but, I am really wanting a valid email address. Through all of this covid stuff one of the issues is that the ATT TV remote is not working and therefore I can't even watch TV for the last month even though I am paying for it!

did you even read any of the previous posts? there is no email address or support and why would you go without tv for a month when you can buy a replacement on ebay for 12 dollars?

Please settle your “dispute” with TEGNA, this is ridiculous that I’ve lost the NBC network.

For everyone having issues with ATT.  The only way I was able to resolve my billing challenges was to file a complaint with the Better Business  Bureau.   I was being charged for a phone I never received.   Offshore support was no help - they don't even speak English and read from a script.  The local store was no help and I  kept getting threatening letters.   I called the corporate office and nonresponsive

After I filed the complaint with the BBB I received the call immediately from the Office of the President.  I urge you to do the same.

Since Directv is now AT&T,  which company do you complain about for BBB help?

Your customer service is so painful.  On the phone for almost 2 hrs just to to try n add a channel.  They added it deleted another had to call back and the customer service rep was very hard to understand kept repeating herself and now have to pay for the premier package just to get the channel back they deleted!!! SO PAINFUL!! Direct TV really really needs to get their sh** together on better customer service.
