How directtv treats there customers

My father is an elder man the age of 78 he’s been with DIRECTV for years but never in the years with us being with DIRECTV have I ever herd a two representative Steven and.          Be so disrespectful to an elder man that can barley walk  with back problems screaming at him that  they are doing him a favor by not charging him this month when he’s been paying for the services but. Yet he can’t watch any tv or what especially has me astonished is that fact that you give an elder person no other choice of support after being told that he can’t reach the cable box he can’t climb anything still gets told there is nothing we can do for you clearly you don’t need help if you can’t simply turn the cable box and read me the number but how is he supposed when he has repeated time after time please I really can’t reach it or climb to reach it can you please just take my personal info to check my account and just gets hung up a total of 6 times by directv own representatives
