Haven’t received Rewards Card for signing up
I switched from Spectrum to AT&T and DirecTV, when I signed up there were some promo gift card I was eligible for and that was a $200 rewards gift card for switching. I have a screenshot that this was a part of my order. It’s been 6 weeks and I haven’t received any email or anything in the mail in regards to this. I looked in my emails and can’t find anything about this promo however it was added to my order. I’m sure I have to contact someone. I’m wondering if this has happened to anyone else? This was a promo they were running during March Madness.

@bcbsncjlj I have done that, and shows user cannot be found. I located my email from the order status and it shows on the bottom that I should hear something within 30 days, and it’s been past that point.
