Getting Statement for Person Who Does Not Live at This Address
I'm getting statements for a person who does not live at this address, and has not possibly lived here for many years. I keep putting "Return to Sender" on all prior statements, but they're still getting sent.
How do I get DirecTV to stop sending statements to my address? This is not identity theft, my name is not on these, nor is my housemate's name. I just would like these statements to stop being sent to my address.

You should call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and say ‘cancel’ to the robot to be sent to an agent that can offer more assistance and impact on your issue than a foreign agent. If no resolution, you can file a BBB complaint to express the issue with the mailing address, or you can get into contact with your local USPS post office to let them know to not keep sending mail from DIRECTV to you.

As a heads up, it does not work. Calling in to DirecTV and speaking with an agent (you have to keep asking for an agent, you can't just say cancel, it requires you to have a phone number and then an account number, which I do not) leaves you with them saying they can do nothing, and that I should just continue to write "Return to Sender," which hasn't worked for the last 7 months.
I'll file a BBB complaint and contact our post office, thank you.
