fraudulant billing or computer mistake or employee incompetence

I have paper bills that tell me no payment due  up until December 2022 then I get bill in march saying I owe 2900 $

how does that work ??????? thats the short version. I have crazy billing starting in may with money owed then the next month I have 1800$ to the good no payment  due . still a short version. help me fix this please.

This is a public forum full of customers so we have no access to bills, accounts, etc. For support, you need to call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and say “billing” to the robot to be sent to the proper department. Otherwise, you should file a BBB complaint if no resolution comes within a timely manner.

I had promises to fix my billing in Jan of 2022. NO payments due until

May. then i owed them about 500$  all of a sudden . then in june I had 1800$ to the good no payment due. I fought this with them . I keep getting no payments due until Jan of 2023 then my suddenly jumped to 2900$ by March of 2023  . How does that work?  I gave them 1193$ 16 cents up until May of 2022.  Direct TV has the paper billing to back this up I have it but they will not give me a real person to fix this. dropped Directv not sending any money I do not owe them. I have weeks of supposed recorded calls. U would think they would give me a person who could fix this.
