Fra

I called your 206 number. Wasn’t comfortable with giving my card number. So I cancel it and paid on line. Then the following Wednesday 2 fraudulent charges  showed  up in my bank account   267 140   and they won’t drop off til next Wednesday. The young man must have gotten mad that  I cancel credit card   Just to cause me a headache he charge with my debit card    He’s the only one I gave my number too. I am a senior citizen and can’t afford to be without a $1. Much less $400.  Please help. (edited for privacy – please do not post personal information)

If you called 206 than doesn't sound like DirecTV. Also this is a public forum so you've give your number to the entire world of scammers.

For official support call the official DirecTV number they've had for years. I have it included in all my posts for reference.

This is a customer to customer forum so you didn't call us. First you say you didn't give out you CC number then you say you did.  There is nothing DTV can do, you need to report this to your CC company/bank.
