When I try to log onto Fox News, "TV Provider Sign In" I get the 4 letter code to log in online. When I select Directv as the my service provider I get "

Hey @heimlichr. Please make sure your device is connected to a reliable internet connection. Then, you could try clearing the cache/cookies, going incognito, or using a different browser. Rizza, DIRECTV Community Team

I have done everything except incognito. tried on Google, Edge and on my phone. Just tried incognito and sam thing. I can log into Fox Nation, Hulu, Amazon Prime and everything else I have. Just tried incognito and same thing comes up. I have Starlink and just ran a speed test, 376Mbps. When I select any of the other listed "TV Providers", It comes up to enter user name and password. Unfortunately, Directv is the only one that comes up with the error.
