Forgot User ID

I've forgotten my user ID on an account that I opened about 25 years ago.  Your User ID recovery process responds with a list that includes the two phone numbers that I submitted then.

My problem is that both of those numbers are voice only land lines and when your system attempts to send my User ID as a Text Message to the number I select nothing happens.

So, how can I get my User ID ?  I have a cell phone now but can't update my contact data until I can access the account.
