File a Complaint

I'm looking for information on filing an official complaint with Directv. I've already done so with the BBB. I was advised to officially file with the company. I've already made phone calls, and I was advised to do so in writing as well.

Direct TV has really gone down hill. I have tried to pay my bill on line but had issue and employees that can't understand English very well and are useless to help customers. I found employee #SWDCS77 very rude and unhelpful. Maybe costumers services is a joke to you but making payments with out hassle is important to most costumers. Disappointed customer by direct Tv service.

DTV no longer prorates the final bill you pay for and receive service until the end of your billing cycle.  You have to log into your account to remove auto pay.  Since you are on auto pay your billing cycle started on July 29th canceling after that you pay for the month.
