ESPN app for Firestick can't login

I tried uninstalling ESPN app and reinstalling.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Firestick.  I've reset the Firestick.  I called Amazon and spent one hour trouble shooting, still no fix.  

Please note that the trouble is not with ESPN app, but EPSPN app for Firestick.

Does the fact I have two firesticks affect this problem. I have two TVs, each has a firestick. I can sign in fine on one firestick but not the 2nd one to ESPN app for firestick. One firestick works perfectly, no matter which TV but I cannot use a 2nd firestick on another TV. Btw. I've exchanged the firesticks twice, same problem. Maybe I can only login with direct tv with one firestick at a time?
