error code 775

We have 12 receivers throughout the school that I work at, and right now they are all giving us error code 775. I spoke with a customer service rep, and they gave me an email address to request a tech come out. I did that and have had no response. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

DTV doesn't use email to dispatch techs or anything else, only calling.  You may have a  MDU(Multi Dwelling Unit) account that DTV doesn't service if so you need to contact the company that has the service contract.

I wonder why the customer service rep gave me an email address then. She even told me that's how techs are requested. That's strange. Maybe it's because we are using the DirecTV Goes to School program.

That error message means your satellite dish LNB is not getting power.
