equipment needs replacing - requested a MONTH AGO!
PSI is over our "multi-dwelling" account and the customer service is DEPLORABLE! I am not valued as a customer and am about to cancel my account and put DirecTV on blast on my social media for the public to see! Been waiting a month to get one of my Genie boxes replaced, and NOTHING has been done other than shuffling me around like a hockey puck! Kyle, PSI Manager, gave me his direct number but it only goes to voicemail and he doesn't return calls. (Good job, KYLE!) And now I'm getting my regular amount?! I don't think so!

If you need assistance you need to go through the MDU DEALER of your multi-dwelling unit, official directv support is unable to assist for these accounts. Get in contact with the property manager to learn more about the directv dealer for the property.

The property management team didn't know anything about DirecTV accounts or support or dealer. I contacted the MDU department and they're "escalating" another ticket. Trust me when I say I've talked to every department including MDU and nothing has been done. I'm giving them to the end of this week before I cancel and put them on blast!

Why are you blaming DTV residential TV service because your MDU provider will not replace your receiver with their equipment? As stated MDU providers are separate from DTV and they are only providing the satellite signal to the MDU's equipment.

It's DTV's brand so it is my opinion that they be aware of how their subcontractors are treating their customers. If you don't have any advice or suggestions to offer, why did you comment? Just to put me down because I've been mistreated as a customer??? Thanks!

They are not sub contractors. DTV Business sells them the receivers that they then load them with their software to make them incompatible with DTV residential receivers.
