Employee Dress Code

I had a technician representing your company come to my house this a.m. and his appearance was so appalling that, I almost didn't let him in. He looked like he slept in his clothes and had been drinking all night! Clothes were disgusting, wrinkled and unkept!! Maybe consider how your employees represent your company and get a "dress-code". It's pathetic as it stands, now!! Thank you for your time and attention to this matter!!
