Just to confirm, you don’t have AT&T service anymore but would like to gain access to your DIRECTV satellite account?
First, try going to DIRECTV.com, Click Sign in, enter your email ID and password, and click ‘Sign In.’ If you get an error code, try to sign in from the AT&T website. If still unsuccessful, you can pay your balance without signing in for the time being here:
