disconnecting acocunt
Hello, I called in on Sunday to have my service disconnected. The rep gave me a confirmation number and said I would receive an email within 24 hours to let me know if i needed to return equipment or not and I have still not received it. I really wish DirecTV/ATT would have an email for issues like this that we could do status updates, not all of us have time to be on the phone. Is there someplace I can go to to see if this has been handled? When I log on to my account I wish It would show that I have called in to disconnect.
