Hello -
I would like to take this opportunity to provide a commendation for two (2) persons out of the Montana Loyalty group: Doreen & Betsy Loyalty group) whom I had the pleasure of working with! In short, I had two (2) discount promotions that were somehow removed from a recent billing notification. The problem was resolved to my satisfaction, but cannot say enough from both in taking the time to investigate and assure me the results I was looking for. I know this is impossible, but I wish I could contact either one of them should I encounter a similar issue, because they BOTH epitomize the phrase "customer satisfaction"!! I'm not sure if this note is in the correct forum but hope this is seen by their management.
