Directv Logs me out because cannot find my account

​I Have a DirecTV Account through AT&T. When i go to DirecTV to Watch Online, it accepts my ATT credentials but a message says "We Noticed that your account doesn't include TV service"  !!!!​

​It then automatically logs me out, so i cant even start an online help session !!!​

AT&T has sold off 30% of DTV and the new partner is moving billing and the website over to them and have taken over the day to day operations.

No, there is an icon on the top of the page that looks like a square with lines in it (at least with a web browser) that is the DM.

Nearly 3 Weeks Later and this issue is still not resolved. I cannot log in to DirecTV.com, to even pay my bill or watch DTV online - it's a disgrace how poor customer service is. I cant even cancel, because to do that i have to log in !!!!

Yes they needed to completely reset my Login, which in about 12 phone calls, (2 1/2 hours of which were today), no one has ever been able to. Customer since 2004, appalling service. I have just Called in and Cancelled DirecTV out of pure frustration, not because i don't like the product, such a shame.
