Directv App

My Directv app does not recognize my account even after I log in. 
The guide list only a few of the channels I get and blocks me from accessing the rest.  Phone calls to tech support did not help. The problem persists and they say it’s software related and that I have to wait for a fix from software engineers. 


Has anyone else experienced this?

Yea. Someone commented on my post who supposedly was from DIRECTV and said they would contact me directly but has yet to do so. Thanks for responding.
