Directv app 4.0.32 not showing all channels in Guide

The prior version of the Directv app showed all channels that I subscribed to, using the Guide in the app. After the upgrade I no longer see all the channels that I saw before, prior to installing directv app 4.0.32.  In fact, on my wife’s phone that was not upgraded, we still see all the channels.  I have an iPhone 12 with IOS 15.5. I have removed and reinstalled the app several times but it does not fix the issue.  Please help or tell me a way to get back to the prior version.

Just to confirm, have you tried deleting cache of the app?

To better assist you and to take a closer look on this. Please, check your DIRECTV Message Inbox (It's the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums).

DTV is combining the app for DTV sat with the DTV streaming app so unknown if this is a bug or intended one post here says they lost the RSN feeds.

DIRECTV App Migration

DIRECTV is migrating to a single app!

 

Starting May 24th, 2022DIRECTV and DIRECTV STREAM customers will begin to experience a single look to the app downloaded to their compatible smartphone and tablet device(s).

 

  • For existing DIRECTV Satellite customers, migrating to one app makes streaming Live TV and On-Demand easier than ever on their compatible smartphone and tablet device(s).

 

  • For existing DIRECTV STREAM customers, the single app migration WILL NOT have any impact to your viewing experience on your compatible smartphone/tablet, tvOS, and streaming device(s).

 

Note: The single app migration will occur for iOS first, starting May 24th.  Android will start soon after (coming Jun 1st).

 

Note: DIRECTV on the Go will still be available during migration, but will eventually sunset

Directv Community Specialist,

it’s not clear to me how to delete the cache on the Directv IOS app.  But I’ve uninstalled the app and deleted all data several times and reinstalled it.  So I would think anything cached would be gone.  Also I cannot find this on the community forum page that I am on:  “DIRECTV Message Inbox (It's the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums).”  Please advise.

I am having this problem now.  We just got direct tv last Thursday. I downloaded the app and it's a very limited guide. How do I fix it?

Hello, I am having the same issue as above. Only showing 9 channels on the app- most of which I don't recognize. I just got DirecTV satellite.

I’m having the same problem. Only a few channels showing up on Drectv IPad app. Does anyone have the solution? Uninstalled, refreshed etc.

Only a few of my channels show up on the IPad app for DIRECTV. I have uninstalled, refreshed, location services are turned on, IPad and app are latest versions.
