DIRECTV and myATT account issues

Hi all,

I've been working with ATT support re: obtaining a Secure Mail Key for an ATT email address I have.  They told me the following:

It appears that you're being routed to DirecTV because of an account error on the myAT&T end. However, we (AT&T) no longer assist with DirecTV accounts, so you will have to contact them directly

Is there a link or article available to resolve this issue?  When I log into att.com with my information, it takes me directly to my DIRECTV profile and I'm unable to access anything related to my ATT email account.

Hello Nealvey, If you have a bundle product. We suggest you try to update your username and password for DIRECTV through Get help with your user ID or password | DIRECTV Customer Service & Support and you could try to do the same with the AT&T credentials. -Roxanna, DIRECTV Community Specialist

Hi Roxanna,

We have reset our user info multiple times but it does not change anything.  We are no longer bundled - the only active account is our DIRECTV account.  Originally we had two separate logins (DIRECTV and ATT Internet), however they were merged at one point.  Now when we log into ATT.com, it takes us directly to DIRECTV.  We no longer have AT&T Internet.  AT&T Support indicated this was an issue that needed to be fixed by the DIRECTV team as they no longer assist with DIRECTV accounts.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

Sorry, this is an old post but this issue is still unresolved.  ATT Support is saying this is something DirectTV support must resolve.  Any additional thoughts?
