DIRECTV Account help is non-existent

DIRECTV cancellation page immediately redirects me to a welcome page!  WHY is it impossible to get any real help on this website?  I can't get all the hockey games even though I subscribe to NHL CenterIce.  My bill is charging me for channels I do not have and mysteriously rising every month to ridiculous levels!  Give me ONE good reason why I shouldn't cancel immediately.  I can't even get to a representative to cancel the account!  Everything is designed to pay pay pay more money or upgrade but gives NO options to have real questions answered.  As soon as I can figure out how to do it I will be cancelling DIRECTV to relieve myself of this huge headache.
