Direct TV & ATT Account

Hello, so I have both an AT&T account and a Direct TV account under the same email, however, whenever I try to log into my direct tv account it logs me into my AT&T account and cannot manage anything related to direct tv.

After AT&T bought DirecTV then made a unified login. So you log into your AT&T account to manage both traditional AT&T services and DirecTV. If you go to DirecTV's legacy website and log in then you should get the option to continue into the old site for streaming options or to AT&T's site to manage the account.

And remember that is DirecTV, not Direct TV, as there is only 1 'T' in the brand. Just to be sure you are not going to a scam website.

Greetings! The problem I am having is that the two accounts are under two different account numbers and names but they have the same email address under the account ie; I get emails about account info. and bills from the two different accounts sent to the same email (my apologies I should have included this in the original post), so when I go to manage I only have access to the att service (which is my internet) but not my DirecTV services (my TV) which I was able to do independently of each other last month.

DirecTV and AT&T services will always be different account numbers. That is because they are separate accounts. Their website has been integrating them so that you have one login for all your accounts.

If you were using the same email address for their logins before the integration, then that is most likely where the problem lies. Has been a known issue that is usually resolved by them clearing the login completely on their end so it can be setup fresh. Unfortunately this issue has been too common as migrating DirecTV into AT&T was apparently too different of systems for it to go easy.

I know this is an old post, but I have a similar problem today. MyATT account login passes through to an old DirecTV account and no one can unlink it (neither ATT reps or DirecTV reps) Any other thoughts?
