I want to cancel my DirecTV and ATT subscription because I find you all so expensive and too high that I can't afford it and I'm going with Comcast where I'm only going to be paying $10 a month for internet service and $10 for cable

You certainly won’t be paying $10 for internet every month, so whoever put that thought in your mind clearly misled you. And, as far as cable for $10, that must be solely for local channels on a TV or otherwise again you’ve been misled.
The only way someone would get these bogus rates would be if they themselves worked for Comcast (the company) and used services under what would be known as an ‘Employee’ account. DIRECTV has the same thing.

I believe $10 is their life line service price and it has a data cap/speed throttle.
