Costco Reward

I purchased Directv from Costco, when do I get my reward?

Agreed. If you were sent an order confirmation through email it should be included in there as part of the work order. Otherwise, after installation, as stated by teetertotter, you should be able to follow-up with Costco regarding the card. Just ensure that the card was indeed included with the order before proceeding. Many times, there were issues where the card was not applied properly and thereafter you never actually get the gift card.

Make sure the reward offer is part of the order confirmation,  if it's not in there then you Won't  get the card no matter what

I don't know about the original poster, but I ordered Directv through Costco online.  In other words, you go to the Costco website, click a link that takes you to the Directv website, and complete your purchase there.  It was not a 3rd party or in-store purchase.  My order email confirms that a Costco reward card is included, but I never received one either.  It's been more than 4 months.

You need to take this up with Costco it is their offer.

I did not mean to hijack this thread, but for information purposes, the website I ordered through is "get.directv.com/costco/directv-stream"  I don't see the name "Smart Circle" on any correspondence.


NEED HELP?
