I would like to compliment of DIRECTV's employees that works out of Lubbock Tx, his first name is Connor and what a polite nice, young man and he took care of my issues the very first call.  and I could understand him, and he could understand me.  this is something i usually cannot say for Directv.  I just cringe when i need to call Directv because the people that answer the phone are hard to talk to, and to understand.  You need to give that young man a raise!!  and you need to hire more folks like him!

My call was at 6:46 pm CT, on 3-26-22.

I would like to commend two employees that I dealt with today and thus stopped me from cancelling my dealings with Directv. For three days I got nothing resolved with directv reps and I did not get a call back from a supervisor who was supposed to call by the end of the day. I was researching other tv providers but decided to try one more time because I have been happy with directv service for many years. Luckily I spoke with Godfrey who understood my issues, was very informative, and explained various options I might try. I was pleased with his info and concern for me and was ready to pick an option. Godfrey said he wanted to be sure and transferred me to an account specialist named Jami. She too was knowledgeable and looked for the best deal for my needs. Because of these two very special employees I got a package that met my needs and caused me to remain with directv. They deserve kudos for knowing the variety of options, and  caring about my needs. Many thanks to Godfrey and Jami.
