Charged for service

House sold, moved March 2021. Had service canceled. Moved in with family for 3 months. DirecTV personnel unknown to me put account on suspension and started charging me in August. My account is documented with all information. You still are harassing me for money, and turned over to ruin my credit!!!  STOP! I sent a letter with all explained but was returned by the USPS because of misspelled “state”. So here I go again, I will send again with correction. My husband passed away in June 2021 from a long illness. I am still going through the horrendous grieving process. Please correct this error from your mistake……

Sorry, but nobody here can help you with this. This is not an official DirecTV Support team. We're customers helping other customers. You'll need to call DirecTV (number below) to sort this out. If that's getting you nowhere, then file a BBB complaint.
