CHANGING PACKAGES VIA ONLIONE

My bill keeps going up, I have found that you can't change what packages you have on their website.  I can't even see what I currently have, outside of the bill.

To change your package you should call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and say ‘billing’ to the robot. Either the website needs authentication over the phone to change your programming OR during the process of your account being migrated from the AT&T side to the directv side some features got messed up (hopefully, this is fixed soon by directv.)
