Changed DirecTV service and was charged for services after cancellation

I have been a DirecTV customer since I purchased my first home in 2001 and I cancelled my service as of 10/31/2022.  Prior to cancelling, I contact DirecTV customer service on 10/10/2022 via chat, see below.  I asked the customer service representative if I cancelled DirecTV at the end of October, does the Sunday ticket subscription cancel as well?  The CSR stated yes.  I then asked if anything would be owed after October and the CSR answered that once I cancelled, nothing would be charged after October for the NFL if it's in the installment pay.  On 10/13/2022 I contacted DirecTV to cancel my service as of 10/31/2022.  I returned the DirecTV equipment on 11/1/2022 by dropping it off at a UPS store and received confirmation later that day that DirecTV received their equipment back.  A few days after the 11/1/2022, I was checking my ATT/ DirecTV account to make sure DirecTV was cancelled I was not charged for November and I saw charges for the remaining installments of NFL Sunday ticket.  Since then I have tried to contact DirecTV multiple times for assistance. I have been told that I cannot be helped, to I will look into it and call you back, to spending multiple hours on their phone system being transfer from one department to another to other divisions like ATT mobile, ATT verse.  No one has been able to assist me.  I did the prudent thing by contacting DirecTV on 10/10/2022 and inquiring about what I would owe if I cancelled.  If I was told that I would owe for Sunday ticket on 10/10/2022, I would have kept the service until the end of the football season, used the service, including Sunday ticket and not returned the equipment.  I have been given the run around by ATT/ DirecTV customer service, I was charged for a service that I was told I was not going to be charged for and now since I returned the equipment, I cannot use.  I would like someone from DirecTV to contact me to remove the charge on my account, so the account can be closed immediately.  If I do not hear from DirecTV by 12/23/2022, I will contact the Attorney General for the State of Arizona.

"Daniella" was 1000% WRONG All sports subscriptions are non refundable, non transferable, non cancelable and a 4th one I can't remember right now. ALL csrs are trained on this EVERY season for all sports subscriptions (football, baseball, hockey, basketball) these rules apply no matter what tv provider you have with the sports subscription (of course DirecTV is the exclusive provider for NFL Sunday ticket) 

Update: just remembered the 4th one- non negotiable
