Change Email Address

Hello there,

I have tried on numerous occasions to change my email address for my account as it will be no longer active beginning June of this year. Each and every time I receive an error message that my information could not be updated at this time and suggests logging out of my account and trying it again. I have done this, but to no avail. The email address in question belonged to my husband and sadly he passed away in October of 2020. I thought that this would be an easy fix as I have had to do this type of thing for my other accounts that were in his name and changed into my name or just to have his name removed.
