Can’t See Satellite Account-Get Logged Off Every Time!!
When I log into DirecTV to view my bill, the landing page is a stream account. When I choose my satellite account, I automatically get logged off. Also got an email about adding equipment protection which I don’t want. I can’t see my account details to delete it. Please contact me ASAP.

This can be an issue if you use the same username/password for AT&T, DirecTV Satelite or DirecTV Stream accounts. They should be different.
