Can't login to DirecTV.com

I have literally spent hours on the phone and was able to actually login to my account ONCE, and not since.  I am beyond frustrated!  I get errors saying the password is incorrect (even immediately after resetting it), I'm trying to login using my AT&T login credentials, etc.  I've tried clearing my cache, etc. and nothing.
