Can't login to directv account

Long time subscriber to directv satellite. Can not log in to account.  The directv site login will not accept the id/password that were working fine otherwise. Complicating matters is that I have Att internet so I do have an att login. When I try logging into att and accessing directv that way, I get stuck in sn endless loop of no account found or user id incorrect. Tried to connect the directv service account to att internet but it does not work.  Tried calling att for help which was useless. In fact it made it worse. One of them changed my previously working directv user/id password (email) to another one, which logged me out of content and apps that directv provided. So now I can't access that content. No solutions were provided. Just punted around from tech to tech.  

Is there anyone or any way someone can get me logged into my directv account?

I am having the same problem.  I have been trying to login to my direct.com account for hours.

I have DTV satellite service.  I have tried using my username and password on the directv site, but it says that I have used ATT credentials, which is not true.

I have tried different browsers, devices, apps and still no luck.

At one point I was able to login to the myatt app on my iphone, but it only showed me options to shop for items etc, but no way to view bill or pay etc.  I am desperate.

Please help
