Cannot log on to pay bill or use streaming service
My problem started several months ago when I could not log on to pay bill, access
streaming services or directv iphone app. After approximately 10 hours on phone
with directv people I have not received a resolution. Most of the time I am passed
around and then ultimately dropped. The error message shows that I have no
television service which is incorrect since I pay 145.44 per month.
