Cancellation - No confirm email
Hello,
I had to cancel my service. I cancelled over a week ago. The official cancellation date is in 3 days. I have not received any type of cancellation email or how to return my equipment. Is this normal?

The cancellation doesn't take effect till the end of your billing cycle. Since AT&T sold off 30% of DTV it appears they have returned to sending a return kit by FedEx to take to the post office.

Theoretically, after the account is disconnected, once 24-48 hours pass, toy should receive an email. I don’t find this unusual . Your equipment and account is still active, after all, until 72 hours pass.
