Bundled/Promo Pricing

I was on an promotional offer when I signed up for broadband + video. Does anyone know what happens to my internet price when I the promo period ends? What if I choose to downgrade my internet tier, or if I decide to drop video altogether?

Looks like you'll need AT&T support from here. If you slide over to forums.att.com, they'll meet you there with a helping hand. 😊

can I use the same login as this forum or do I need to make a new account. it seems I can't use my same email to post on that forum and it wont let me login with my credentials for this forum

Most likely you need to create a new account on the AT&T forum.
