Why do you always change the amounts of my bill. Everytime I turn around its increased from the amount the loyalty department told me that I would be paying and until when.  I pay thru my bank account the same amount then few months later I get a past due bill because of some increase that I was told did not expire til months later.  I have just the basic cable and your charging $116. Im so sick of Direct TV and their billing. They offer you discounts to make you think your getting a deal  and then raise prices elsewhere to justify the discount that they just gave you.  I have friends that go thru other places for $75 for basic and they have been paying the same for last 2 years. Your charging  $116 and I cant keep my bills paid with out a past due because your always increasing.  I am looking at options to go elsewhere.

That's very puzzling. My bill is the same amount from month to month, other than the annual price increase. What line items are changing on your bill each month?

direct Tv  they quoted me a price and gave me a date of when it would expire.  Then few months down the road they increase the package price and say that im still getting a discount but the package price increased.


NEED HELP?
