Billing

The REPRESENTATIVE was the worst I have ever had since I been with them!! You told me one payment was due and took another, and then had the nerve to tell me my bill hasn’t been paid in 3 months??!!!! Where do they do that at!? You would have been turned me off!! Dish is sounding better and cheaper all the time..and for God sakes please go get some customer service skills from the last two representatives that I spoke with….
