Billing request

I need to pay my bill and I just need the balance.  Logged on, no info available.  The menu indicates I have no TV service.  This has been going on for years.  I pay my bill every month but if I am going to be out of town I try to pay ahead and get my balance.  However, it's hard to get a balance when I don't have direct tv.............I call into customer service and get a robot who will not give me my balance for August. Also, when I called in, there were 3 or more people on the line, all calls were combined together.  I have had this type of service before.  I never, ever get an answer from Direct tv.  Can't access that information thru AT&T where I have my wireless service.

AT&T sold off 30% of DTV and no longer has anything to do with the day to day operations.

Yes, that is exactly correct. Everyone on the phone talking on top of each other. When I said hello, hello, people paused for a second and then kept going. I hung up.
