Billing Question?

I went to pay my bill today and noticed the amount owed vrs what my statement amount was off by $42. Weird I looked at the history of my account a “hustler” tv charge $42. I have no idea how this got added to my account. I called in right away and explained this all to a guy and he said he took the hustler off and the charge off but when I look online my amount owed is still showing the $42 for the mystery charge. I asked him if this could be added via remote control, because sometimes my one year old daughter plays with the remotes. He said no it could only be added via phone. I was shocked because I never called in to add this… if someone has my information out there I am not going to be happy. I just made my monthly statement balance and yep still showing the $42 for the charge. If I added the program I would definitely pay the money but I don’t think it’s right. I really hope someone can help me, before I cancel direct tv.
