Billing & Payments

The Billing & Payments tab is not visible so I can't access my bill. Clicking on Support>View and Pay Bill doesn't work either.

Your account must have been affected by the migration from the AT&T side to the DIRECTV side. To talk to an agent about your bill in the meantime please call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and say ‘billing’ to the robot.

Since we are customers like you on a public forum we don’t know an exact date of when the online account issues will be resolved, but hopefully soon.

The DirecTV billing page is a joke at best. When I click on the link to view my bill, the ATT website tries to open, but it automatically forwards me back to the same Direct TV webpage. To view my statement, I have to call and have them mail a copy. What is the point of having a non-existent billing website and this is from a "technology" company. That's not very comforting!  The billing website has been like this for a few months. I don't think DirecTV wants you to know exactly what you are paying for.
