Billed By Other Provider

The Issue I'm having is when I attempt to pay my bill. I log in and got to Account Overview and scroll down to Total Balance and am met with the message:

"Billed by other provider

Your DIRECTV service is billed through another provider. Go to the website listed on your paper bill to see or pay your bill online."

I then proceed to ATT to pay my bill(who has been my billing provider since I was FORCED to move my account over). Where I am redirected back to Directv Account Overview with no option to PAY MY BILL.

SO I NEED SOMEONE FROM DIRECTV TO CONTACT ME TO FIX THIS

You won’t get any help here. This is a public forum full of other customers. You can try calling DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and saying ‘billing’ to the robot to be sent to the billing dept where an agent can help settle your situation. If after several calls you still don’t have to the issue fixed, you would go to doing  a BBB complaint.

Same thing happening to me.  I can't update my auto pay.  My old card number is no good and my auto-pay failed.  I called Directive and they told me they updated my autopay but they did not.  The only way to pay my bill is through paying without signing on.  I don't get a paper bill and there is no way to look at it, because of the vicious circle mentioned above.  Very frustrating.  It appears they are migrating back to Directv billing because AT&T spun them off.  Very frustrating.
