After being a direct tv customer for over 10 years, I called on February 2nd to cancel my service. I was told that Direct tv does not pro rate and I would have to keep the service until the 17th of February. That would have been fine but somebody on your end disconnected my service so that I can not watch direct tv from my tv's. On the overview of my bill I have this message "

PENDING DISCONNECTION

You can still enjoy the entertainment you love until February 2, 2023.

I called the tech department they said it is a billing issue because they show it canceled. I called Direct tv and was told I still have service and that it's an issue with the tech department. I asked them to call the tech department because I am not going to go back and forth they said no there is nothing they can do. I am told I still have to pay for the full month because they don't pro rate. So basically I am getting robbed of $107.14 because your inept service. Do not get direct tv for the poor customer service!
