ATT Direct TV erroneous charge

Dear AT&T/Direct TV, we keep getting charged for pay-per-view movies on our account (DirectTV).  It shows children's movies.  We are 89 and 90 years old and have no grandchildren and have not ordered these movies.   We get zero help from the AT&T customer service representatives.  All are overseas and have not been able to help us.  We have spent many hours on the phone trying to resolve this.  Please can we you help us? 

We have called all of your numbers and all of them lead to "some guy in the Philippines" and they no authority to solve any problems.

This is a customer to customer forum with no access to any accounts so can do nothing about billing errors.  You can go to parental controls and set the spending limit to zero and have DTV put a password on your account.  There is only one number for DTV 1-800-531-5000 say billing to the bot.
