App

The app hasn’t worked for a couple of months now. I’ve called several times and each time I get the same answer “WE ARE AWARE OF THE ISSUE.” Yea, right. This is very disturbing. 
Anyone else dealing with this?

Yes, I have on a couple of occasions. Still won’t launch past the sign on screen. Goes to a black screen and that’s it. Are you able to run the app on your IOS devices?
