Account Suspension SCAM !!!!!!

I called to cancel 9 months ago and was told you should just suspend to make sure you like your new service. Was never told I had to call back or that I would not be informed when they were starting service back up. Call me naive so my bad. I have requested a call from the managers manager so we will see where that goes. I had a $125 credit and now I supposedly owe them. If not satisfied with results I can only do a couple things

1) Never pay the bill 

2) I have a couple thousand friends on Facebook as well as a couple thousand customers for my business. I haven't posted yet to see if it gets resolved but if I have to, I will post on social media to make sure it never happens to anyone I know. It will cost them way more than the $125 they owe me.
