Account Password Locking Out
Hi - For some reason lately, my AT&T and my DirecTV account passwords (same) are locking out for “Too many failed log in attempts, please reset your password”
im not sure if it’s because the billing accounts are connected on the AT&T side but I can’t even see how I can create separate and unique passwords for each account…

Try a different browser or even try clearing cookies and cache. If that does not work try clicking on forgot password. Sometimes the website acts up and then it starts working again so you could give it time.
