Access to Direct TV Account on the Internet Help from Office of the President

Over the last couple of weeks, I have spent several hours online and talking to Direct TV about my issue. I am unable to connect to my account on any online applications for Direct TV. I get an error code that shared on my first call with Direct TV on July 18th (Case # N19052189). The issue still exists, and I call Direct TV again today. I was on the call for over and hour and talked to 4 people and 3 different departments. I started off with Billing, then Sr Account specialist and finally Digital assistance. Digital assistance was able to help me get on the Direct TV phone app, but this did not give me access to my account information. Billing said they could change my billing preference to get a bill by mail instead of direct charge each month to credit card, but my cost would increase10%. Why should I pay more while I wait to get his fixed. The Digital Assistance Center Supervisor tried to get me in touch with the Office of the Presidents team, but his best suggestion was getting on this forum, since they monitor it.

I Have looked online and there seems to be some people having issues related to mine because of old cookies. I did get an e-mail from a company called Eyeota asking for Cookie ID's, but there was no reference to Direct TV or case number and a PDF they said was attached to help find Cookie ID's was not in e-mail. I did not open links afraid of potential scammers. 

I did go in and deleted all cookies, but the issue still exists.

Office of the President Office, if you are monitoring, I would appreciate your help. I would like to see my bill each month without having to pay more

I looked on Microsoft and they say this is an issue on your server

I can get access on the app, but it does not get me access to my account information. I can't log in on web site, I get the error code. Below is the information I get in the error message
